COLLEGE: 2005: Started all 11 games at tackle
for the Coyotes…played a key role as the Coyote offense set numerous offensive
records, including scoring a nation-high 49.7 points and a
Division II-best 583.3 yards in total
offense per game…led by Hagemann, the Coyotes led the NCC and was fourth
nationally in rushing at 297.5 yards per game…he was also a member of an
offensive lineman that permitted just 16 sacks and averaged a NCC-best 285.7
passing yards per game…USD scored 77
TDs, which also led NCAA
Division II…blocked for All-American
running back Stefan Logan, who had three-straight 1,000 yard seasons…earned the
Jim Langer Award as the Offensive Lineman of the Game at the Cactus Bowl, the
Division II all-star game.
2004: Named Academic
All-NCC...started in all 11 games for the Coyotes' offensive line.
2003: Named honorable
mention Academic All-NCC...received the Offensive Hustle award vs.
Minn.-Duluth (Sept. 13), Neb.-Omaha (Sept.
27), and SDSU (Oct. 25). 2002: Starter at left offensive tackle in
11 games for the yotes...named honorable mention MVP vs. St. Joseph (Oct.
26)...had outstanding spring as member of USD track and field team...participated
in hammer, shot put, and discus...set a school record with a toss of 173'10.50
in the hammer throw at Ron Masanz Invite in Moorhead, Minn....sixth in the shot
put (46'07.25) and seventh in hammer throw (147'02) at 2003 NCC Outdoor Meet.
2001:Redshirted.
PERSONAL: Earned first-team all-district,
all-area, and all-state honors...recorded 52 tackles, 12 tackles for loss, and
seven sacks for 81 yards in losses as a senior...helped lead his team to the
state semifinal game...coached by Tom Kilburg...two-year starter in basketball
and was a state qualifier in the discus in track and field...set the school
discus record with a toss of 162'4...named to the Honor Roll six times…son of
Jim and Deb Hagemann…Full name: Nicholas Francis Hagemann.
